Refund Policy

Wireless Link LLC provides appointment-based remote technical support services delivered via scheduled phone or video sessions. All services are digital, intangible, and delivered in real time.
By purchasing a service, the customer agrees to the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, and will only be approved if:
• The scheduled session was not delivered by Wireless Link LLC
• A verified technical issue on our side prevented service completion

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
• The session has started or has been completed
• The issue was resolved during the session
• The customer decides they no longer need the service
• The issue is unrelated to the purchased service
• The customer fails to attend the scheduled session (no-show)
• The customer refuses troubleshooting steps during the session
Once a live session begins, the service is considered rendered.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule an appointment with at least 12 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as completed and are not eligible for refund.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact support before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargeback attempts after service delivery may be formally disputed with supporting documentation including service logs, timestamps, and session records.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank.
6. Independent Service Provider
Wireless Link LLC is an independent technical support provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer, streaming platform, or third-party service provider.
