Wireless Link LLC provides appointment-based remote technical support services for Smart TVs and streaming devices.
By purchasing a service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Delivery
All services are delivered remotely via scheduled phone or video session. No physical repair or on-site services are provided.
Service performance depends on the customer's device condition, internet connection, and cooperation during troubleshooting.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
• Provide accurate information
• Ensure stable internet access
• Provide necessary access to device settings
• Follow troubleshooting instructions during the session
Failure to cooperate may result in incomplete service.
3. Remote Access Consent
By booking a session, the customer authorizes Wireless Link LLC to guide them through remote troubleshooting steps. Customers remain in full control of their devices at all times.
Wireless Link LLC does not access devices without the customer’s active participation and permission.
4. Independent Service Provider
Wireless Link LLC is an independent technical support provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any device manufacturer, streaming platform, or third-party service provider.
5. Payments & Authorization
By submitting payment, customers authorize Wireless Link LLC to charge the selected payment method for the purchased service.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers agree to contact support prior to initiating any dispute or chargeback.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wireless Link LLC is not responsible for:
• Third-party service outages
• Account restrictions from streaming providers
• Hardware defects
• Internet connectivity issues
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
