Annual Home Tech Assistance Plan

This plan includes:

• Up to 4 scheduled remote support sessions within 12 months

• Assistance with Smart TV and streaming device configuration

• Installation guidance for legally owned applications

• Streaming account sign-in support

• Basic troubleshooting and performance optimization

Each session must be scheduled in advance.

Sessions are delivered remotely via phone or video call.

This is a one-time annual payment. The plan does not auto-renew.

Unused sessions do not roll over after 12 months from the purchase date.

This plan does not include subscription sales, account creation, or access to paid content.

Refunds are only available if no support sessions have been used.
